Multiple fabrics have been customized for use in specific areas of the jacket to maintain a high level of protection and comfort during changing desert environments. A moisture-wicking lining and highly breathable fabric reduces heat stress during the day and helps maintain a steady core body temperature at night. The Combat Desert Jacket also includes n-IR signature-reduction technology that is durable for the life of the fabric.
